Refund & Return Policy

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return & Refund Policy

At ATELIORA, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every artwork is made to order, especially for you, helping us reduce waste while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Because of the custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

๐Ÿงพ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs showing the damage, printing error, or incorrect item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we'll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

๐Ÿ“ฌ Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order appears lost in transit or is returned to sender, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We'll investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider and do our best to resolve the situation quickly. This may include sending a replacement at no additional cost or providing an appropriate refund.

๐Ÿ“Œ Important Notes

  • Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product defects, damage, or production errors.
  • We do not accept standard returns by mail.
  • Please contact us before sending any item back.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund, issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date, as applicable.
  • This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
