At ATELIORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. Each artwork is made to order, especially for you. Our production process helps minimize waste while ensuring that every print is carefully prepared to meet our quality standards.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we will always work to resolve any issue covered by this policy.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing or manufacturing defect, or you receive an incorrect item, ATELIORA is here to help.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, or is returned to the sender, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant delivery provider and work to find an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include sending a replacement at no additional cost or providing a refund.
